Initial interior cleaning:
The interior initial cleaning is a must order service following the completion of the trash out. This is a full detail cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, wiping down all hard surfaces, cleaning appliances, installing air fresheners and replacing missing/damaged light bulbs. The goal of our initial cleaning service is to vastly improve the marketability of your property by making it shine!
The periodic cleaning service is a follow up to the initial cleaning that maintains the cleanliness of the property throughout the listing. Periodic cleanings include touch ups to the vacuuming, mopping, dusting and replacement of air fresheners or light bulbs as needed. In addition, the periodic cleaning service includes removal of minor debris left behind during showings. Periodic cleanings can be ordered any time after the initial, but they work best when scheduled once or twice a month.
Final sales cleaning:
Final sales cleanings are typically ordered after repairs have been completed. The procedure for this cleaning is the same as the initial cleaning and leaves the property like new. Often times, contractors leave minor debris behind which is removed during this service. As an added feature, we also install plastic carpet runners throughout the property to protect the new carpeting from foot traffic. We recommend this service on all properties that have been rehabilitated to give the property a new construction feel.
